The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has declared full readiness for the upcoming by-elections on February 26th, following the official closure of campaigns on Monday, February 23rd.

• The by-elections will fill four vacant seats across Isiolo South, West Kabras, Muminji, and Evurore.
• IEBC Chairperson Erastus Edung Ethekon assured voters that all election materials, technology (including KIEMS kits), and personnel are prepared.
• Voters are cautioned against using mobile phones inside polling stations to photograph marked ballot papers, as this compromises the secrecy of the ballot and is an electoral offence.
