Three people have died following a tragic road accident involving vehicles in Health Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale's convoy on the Kisumu–Busia Road on Sunday.

• Three fatalities were confirmed, with victims succumbing to injuries at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital.
• The accident involved a collision between a vehicle from CS Aden Duale's convoy, a tuk-tuk, and a 14-seater matatu.
• CS Aden Duale was reportedly unhurt and was heading to the Kisumu International Airport.
