A Kenyan family is appealing for help to repatriate the body of their 12-year-old son, Rick Ndung'u, who died in India after battling a congenital heart disease.

• The family needs to clear a hospital bill of over Sh4 million at Miot International Hospital.
• The boy's mother, Christine Kairuthi, is stranded in India with her son's body.
• Rick Ndung'u was a Grade Seven pupil at Damacrest School in Kikuyu, Kiambu County, and had previously received treatment at Kenyatta National Hospital and Nairobi Hospital.
