The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has released the 2025 KCSE placement results, with a significant increase in students placed in higher learning institutions.

• A total of 293,869 students have been placed for the 2025/2026 academic cycle.
• Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Ogamba announced the results and an extended one-month window for inter-institution transfers.
• For the first time, KUCCPS has placed students into Kenya Utalii College, and 8,915 candidates opted for TVET courses over degree programmes.
