Detectives from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested a suspect in connection with an alleged Ksh12 million land fraud involving a property in Nairobi's upscale Muthaiga estate.

• The suspect is accused of using a fake Certificate of Title to claim ownership of the one-acre property.
• The DCI, specifically the Land Fraud Investigations Unit, led the operation and has forwarded the case file to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP), which approved charges.
• The suspect is expected to face charges including making and uttering a false document, and obtaining registration by false pretences, and is awaiting arraignment in court.
