Two individuals have been convicted in separate land fraud cases in Ruiru and Ngong, involving forged titles and fraudulent transactions, following investigations by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI).

• A 72-year-old woman was convicted on 13 counts, including forgery and forcible detainer, related to the fraudulent acquisition of land in Ruiru East.
• Another accused was convicted on five counts, including obtaining money by false pretences, for fraudulently selling subdivided land in Ngong, receiving Ksh1.9 million.
• The convictions highlight ongoing efforts by investigative agencies to combat property fraud.
