A Nairobi-based advocate has been arrested by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) over allegations of misappropriating Ksh49.4 million meant for a land purchase. In a separate case, detectives from DCI have arrested a suspect in connection with an alleged Ksh12 million land fraud involving a property in Nairobi's upscale Muthaiga estate. Two individuals have also been convicted in separate land fraud cases in Ruiru and Ngong, involving forged titles and fraudulent transactions, following DCI investigations.
