The High Court has ordered Mater Hospital to release the body of Caroline Nthangu Tito, detained for nearly two months over a medical bill of 3.3 million shillings . Justice Nixon Sifuna ruled that the detention was unlawful, unconstitutional, and contrary to public policy.
