Government Cracks Down on Illegal Water Connections Along Nolturesh Pipeline - August 2026

Authorities are cracking down on illegal water connections along the Nolturesh pipeline in Kajiado, targeting unauthorized hookups that have been diverting water supply. In a separate infrastructure development, upgrade works are progressing in Nairobi's Central Business District with cabro paving currently being laid along Moi Avenue. Meanwhile, the Kisii County government has initiated a road rehabilitation project that has brought relief to residents by repairing over 950 kilometers of previously impassable roads.
