- A report by the Information and Communication Technology Authority (ICTA) found the electronic voting system used was "foolproof," confirming that 33 MCAs voted for the ouster motion.
- The report, commissioned by Senate Speaker Amason Kingi, stated it was impossible for external interference or for anyone to vote on behalf of an MCA.
- Despite the report, 18 MCAs opposing the impeachment claimed they lacked internet access on the voting day and that their votes were improperly recorded, and others alleged the system was compromised and rushed.
