Entry fees to Kenya’s national parks, reserves, and sanctuaries are set to increase from October 1, 2025, following parliamentary approval of new regulations. This means visitors will face higher costs for accessing popular wildlife destinations across the country.

• For foreign visitors, Nairobi National Park fees will rise from $43 (Sh5,570) to $80 (Sh10,360).
• The Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), led by Director General Prof. Erustus Kanga, is implementing these changes.
• Specific exemptions apply to licensed guides, children under five, senior citizens over 70, and persons with disabilities.
