The Public Service Commission (PSC) has launched a comprehensive employee satisfaction and workplace environment survey across the Kenyan public service. Running from September 8 to September 20, the initiative aims to assess employee engagement and guide policy reviews for improved efficiency and service delivery.

• The survey targets government officers across all service sectors under the PSC's jurisdiction, including constitutional commissions, ministries, state corporations, and public universities.
• PSC Chief Executive Officer Anthony Muchiri stated that the findings would establish a baseline employee satisfaction index and inform policy reviews.
• The online survey takes less than 30 minutes to complete, with all responses treated with strict confidentiality.
